ABOUT YOUR COACH

Hi! I'm Adam.


I’m a London based PT with 12 years experience, and a competitive powerlifter in the British Championships. 


I’ve worked with a range of clients, from first time gym goers wanting to get in shape, to athletes in need of specific technique development. I’ve also had the privilege of working with celebrities, including actors Oliver Jackson Cohen and Disney star Thomas Doherty. I provide programming and diet support that is both effective and adaptable to each individual’s schedule and lifestyle. 


Through my experience competing in a physically demanding sport, I understand the importance of a well structured training schedule and bespoke nutrition, in order to reach your goals. I have spent my career filtering through many different training methods and developed the most effective strategies. I have now incorporated everything you need right here, in an easy to access app.

ABOUT THE APP

The Adam Hamilton Fitness online training platform is more than just any fitness app.


You will be provided with programming and support from a national level athlete and his team. Accurate dieting and well structured programming has been imperative for me to reach this level and now I have the opportunity to share it with you.


So from training to nutrition, all the way through to progress updates and support, I've got your back to ensure you get a truly optimal and personalised experience.


YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME

The 12 week advanced fat loss programme is an intense training plan developed to get you the best results in that timeframe. The programme is split into 3 x 4 week blocks and progresses from moderate to high intensity. Regardless of your level of athleticism, it will take you out of your comfort zone. Taken from powerlifting principles, the programme has been periodised (fluctuation of rep ranges) in order to help manage fatigue. 


The 8 week home workout programme is designed to challenge all levels and requires minimal equipment, allowing you to workout anywhere. With metabolic circuits and cardio components throughout, it would give a gym based program a run for its money.
